Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY SportsIt was the first-ever tag team title main event in WrestleMania history. And these four men delivered in a huge way.Zayn hit Jey Uso with three Helluva Kicks to get the pin and win the titles for him and Owens. It was an epic match, befitting the story that was told for nearly a year.Zayn has become the biggest babyface (good guy) in all of WWE, stemming from his story as a sympathetic figure in the evil Bloodline group and finally turning on Roman Reigns and the Usos at Royal Rumble in January. Owens finally agreed to join Zayn, his longtime friend, after being spurned for months by Zayn and beaten down time and time again by the Bloodline. The whole thing has been some of the best storytelling WWE has done in years. At one point, it seemed like the Usos would win and retain. They dealt Zayn a beating. Jey hit Zayn with a Helluva Kick of his own and told him in the corner that he should have never left the Bloodline, led by top guy Reigns. The Usos hit their 1D finisher on Zayn, and he kicked out -- the first person to ever kick out of that move. They put Owens hard through the announce table. They hit a double splash on Owens from opposite turnbuckles, and Owens kicked out, too. That was the story of the match. Zayn and Owens would not go down, not for anything. And in the end, they persevered.Jey went for a Superplex on Owens, with Jimmy poised to follow from the ropes. Zayn pulled Jimmy out of the ring and threw him over the announce table. Owens countered with a twisting suplex from the top rope on Jey. And Zayn followed with his three Helluva Kicks on Jey, while Owens neutralized Jimmy with a stunner. Zayn caught a falling Jey, put his forehead against Jey’s, landed the final kick and then pinned him for the win as the SoFi Stadium crowd of about 70,000 went off the rails. What’s next: The Usos have finally lost the belts after more than 900 days with at least one set of the titles. Owens and Zayn, best friends who came up together in Montreal and got their big breaks coming out of Pro Wrestling Guerrilla here in Los Angeles, are now champions. But there is undoubtedly more to come, starting Sunday night with Reigns taking on Cody Rhodes for the undisputed WWE Universal championship. The Usos and Zayn and Owens could factor into that result. Will the Bloodline truly fall after nearly three years running WWE? Or will Reigns prevail, and the clan regroup to continue its dominance? We’ll find out in 24 hours.
